How to come?

The excursion starts from Valga – city that can be reached by public transportation.

We have adjusted excursion times, so at least some of the excursions can be attended using public transportation only.

The times of excursions differ, depending on weekdays and dates:
Thursday, Friday: 19:00 – 22:30.
Saturday: 12:00 – 15:30 või 17:00 – 20:30, Sunday: 13:00 – 16:30
The dates can be found in Piletilevi.

Useful train times
Tartu-Valga: 10:01-11:21
Valga-Tartu: 17:29 – 18:50
Tartu-Valga: 15:19-16:39 (one can get back to Tartu by bus).

Useful bus times:
While there are not so many buses going to and from, Valga has connections to both Tartu, Võru and Viljandi. Bus times can be found in Tpilet. It is good idea to buy bus tickets in advance to be sure to make it.

Coming by car:
Th excursion starts from Valga railway station and there are plenty of free parking spots around.

What to take along?

Excursion lasts 3,5 hours and takes place both indoors and outdoors. Therefore, please dress according to the weather and choose the shoes that are comfortable across different landscapes. Ilm.ee and yr.no are some of the most used channels for checking the weather forecast.

During the excursion it is possible to buy light snacks and drinks, but you are welcome to also take your own snack with you.
