Patrick Tubin McGinley is American-born sound, performance, and radio artist who has been based in Europe since 1996. He lives with his family in the middle of Viljandimaa forests, where he creates his works. Patrick also produces and hosts the weekly field recording radio program „Framework Radio“.

Patrick´s installation in Hargla deals with meeting the supernatural and unexplainable, through the stories of people who live in Southern Estonia. In these installations, Koikküla suris meet souls of Ghanian ancestors who take the form of ants, Roma grandmothers, and many others.
